How long does it take to Artiblend to deliver my order?

Production time for Mode-to-order orders usually takes 5-7 days.

We typically deliver orders within 5 to 7 days of production.

Production time must be added to regular delivery time.

Delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination of the artworks bought.

How can I track my order?

We offer you the ability to track your order right through our site. All you require is your tracking number.

  1. If you don't know what your tracking number is follow these steps: Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to your order
  3. Click on the individual item's tracking number and you should be routed to it's corresponding tracking package.

How much does my delivery cost?

Free Shipping. The price of your delivery is included in an artwork price.

Insurance. Your order is 100% protected in case of any damage or loss.

Almost all of our artworks include Worldwide Shipping. In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages without extra cost. For more inquiries and concerns please feel free to contact our support team at info@artiblend.com

Taxes & Customs:

We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties, and tariffs. Unfortunately, we have no control over that, it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Artiblend is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Types of delivery services:

Professional Front-Door Delivery

Your order will be delivered in person to your building or your house doorstep by a trusted shipping company (DHL, FedEx, USPS). All artworks are carefully packaged by Artiblend.

 

 

What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at info@artiblend.com.

Take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to assist you.

Your order is 100% insured. In case something is wrong with it, you are eligible for a full refund unless you choose to have it and want it repaired or replaced. In this case, we will organize the repair or the replacement of your item. It’s free of any additional charges.

If you choose to be refunded, all return costs will be covered by Artiblend.
